Jigglow

Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · Effective 7 November 2026 · English is the authoritative version. 繁體中文版

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) applies to your use of Jigglow. You can read it on Apple’s website. These additional terms add the rules that are specific to Jigglow. If they conflict with the Standard EULA about the licence of the app itself, the Standard EULA prevails.

1. Who we are and acceptance

Jigglow (“the app”) is published by Shuk-man Tai (known as Suki Tai), an individual trading as Megizi Studio (“we”, “us”). We are the app’s Application Provider and Licensor under Apple’s Standard EULA. You can reach us at support@megizi-studio.com. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to the Standard EULA. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Licence and use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer the app, extract its pictures, or interfere with the app, our content server or the purchase checks, except where the law allows.

3. Content, artwork and AI-generated images

4. Your progress

Your progress, favourites and settings are stored on your device. Deleting the app, losing the device or a system problem can lose them, and we cannot guarantee recovery. The end of a paid benefit never deletes your saved progress.

5. Purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store under Apple’s rules. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you confirm, and prices may change.

What each purchase gives you
ItemTypeWhat it gives youWhat it does not give you
VIP Monthly, VIP YearlyAuto-renewing subscriptionVIP-only collections while the subscription is active; no automatic ads between puzzlesPremium Packs
Premium Packs (P01, P02, P03)One-time purchaseThat Pack’s pictures, kept for good with or without VIPOther Packs; ad removal
Remove AdsOne-time purchaseRemoves the automatic ads between puzzles for goodAny pictures, VIP collections or Packs

Downloading paid pictures needs an internet connection and a purchase check with our server (see the Privacy Policy). If your VIP ends or is refunded, VIP collections lock again, including puzzles you had already started; your saved progress is kept and is still there if you subscribe again. Packs and Remove Ads you have bought are not affected. Subscription details are on the Subscription information page, and you can restore purchases as described on Restore purchases.

6. Refunds

Apple, not us, handles refunds for App Store purchases: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, the matching benefit ends. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Advertising

Jigglow shows ads provided by Google AdMob before you start a new puzzle and after you finish one, never while you are solving one. VIP and Remove Ads switch off these automatic ads. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features, content or the app. We may change these terms; we will update this page and its effective date before a material change applies.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer anywhere in the UK, including Scotland, for example, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires the digital content you pay for (such as VIP, Remove Ads and Premium Packs) to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and if digital content we supply, paid or free, damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation. Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but not for loss that was not foreseeable. The free parts of the app are provided as available.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, where we are established. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you live.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you can bring proceedings about these terms in the courts of Scotland or in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and we can bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove any right you have to bring or defend proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. If you are not a consumer, the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction.

Apple’s Standard EULA has its own governing-law clause for the licence of the app, and these additional terms do not change it.

11. Apple

Apple is not a party to these additional terms and is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support. Please send questions and claims about the app to us.
