Subscription information
Prices are shown in the App Store. The amounts on this page are UK prices in pounds sterling (GBP). Before you confirm a purchase the App Store shows the price for your country in your currency, and that is the price you pay.
Jigglow VIP

Both plans belong to one subscription group and give exactly the same benefits, so you can have only one of them at a time. There is no free trial or introductory offer, and Family Sharing is not available.
What VIP gives you
- VIP-only puzzle collections while your subscription is active.
- No automatic ads between puzzles.
- VIP does not include Premium Packs, which are separate one-time purchases.
Billing and renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period (one month or one year) at the price the App Store then shows, unless you cancel it before the current period ends. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If the price changes, Apple tells you and asks for your consent where its rules require it.
Manage or cancel
You can cancel at any time. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Jigglow VIP and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple’s guide to cancelling a subscription shows the steps. In Jigglow, Settings → Purchases → Manage Subscription opens Apple’s subscription settings for you. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
When VIP ends
If you cancel, you keep VIP until the end of the period you have paid for. When VIP ends, or if Apple refunds it, the VIP collections lock again, including VIP puzzles you had already started. Your saved progress is kept and is all still there if you subscribe again. Premium Packs and Remove Ads you have bought are not affected.
Refunds
Apple, not us, handles refunds for App Store purchases: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, the matching benefit ends.
One-time purchases
- Remove Ads (UK price £3.99): switches off the automatic ads between puzzles for good. It does not unlock pictures or VIP collections.
- Premium Packs (UK price £1.99 each; P01, P02 and P03): each unlocks its own set of pictures for good, with or without VIP. One Pack never unlocks another.
